Harvest Celebration Weekend October 4th - 6th at Avennia Estate Winery the first weekend in October to celebrate harvest! Come for one day or all three, and enjoy something different each day.
October 4th from 5pm - 7pm: First Friday Concert: La Musique
du Vin. It's the last First Friday of our summer concert series and we're going
out with a bang! Estate managers (and trained opera singers), Eli and Shelly
Traverse, will combine their love of music and wine by pairing Avennia wines
with French classical music. Wine by the glass/bottle and light snacks
available for purchase. No reservations; seating is first come, first served.
October 5th from 6pm - 8:30pm: Winemaker's Dinner with Endive Eatery. Chef Ed Shoemaker of Endive Eatery will be preparing a delicious multi-course meal, expertly paired with a selection of our wines. Managing partners Marty and Colleen Taucher will be there to chat about the food and wine pairings, the vineyard, and more. Savor fresh and local food and sip on your favorite Avennia wines, whilst enjoying views of the vineyard and sunset. General Public: $125 per person | Club Members: $105 per person. October 6th at 11:30am, 1:30pm & 3:30pm: Guided Vineyard Tours. Harvest will be in full swing, and what better time to stroll through the vineyard? Managing partner Marty Taucher and estate manager Eli Traverse will lead you on an educational tour through the estate vineyards with stops for wine along the way. No reservations necessary, just come for the tour start time of your choice. $25 tasting fee (includes guided tour), waived with $50 purchase; complimentary for members.
