Anni Piper – often referred to as “Australia’s First Lady of the Blues” – blends deep, sexy vocals with a high-energy bass playing style (often barefoot), making for a thoroughly enjoyable live experience. Anni’s career achievements include being named a semi-finalist in 2019’s International Songwriting Competition, finalist in the 2015 UK Songwriting Contest, nomination as a top five finalist in the 2010 Music Oz Awards in the Blues / Roots category, and finalist in the 2009 APRA Professional Development Awards.
